About the Event

How can mindful attention through art transform the way we experience ourselves and the world around us?

This workshop explores the intersection of mindfulness, psychology, and creative expression as a pathway to well-being. Grounded in research on emotion regulation and the health benefits of the arts, participants will be introduced to evidence-based insights before engaging in a guided drawing practice that cultivates presence, mindful perception, and creative connection. Through reflection and shared making, we will explore how simple artistic acts can restore focus, support emotional well-being, spark insight, and enrich our experience of everyday life.

All are welcome – no art experience needed. Just bring your curiosity (and drawing supplies if you'd like to).
