Join a vital Taiwan-Ukraine dialogue on cultural healing, resisting linguistic genocide, and a WIP preview of Spring Breeze, Taiwan.

This hybrid salon features an exclusive, first-look work-in-progress (WIP) preview of the documentary Spring Breeze, Taiwan, bridging Taiwan's historical trauma under the White Terror with Ukraine's current frontlines of cultural resistance. The event is co-presented with Filmshop.

  • Lana Shapoval (Guest Panelist) Ukrainian filmmaker who left her home due to the war, now based in San Francisco. Her films bear witness to survival, identity, and resistance.
