Whether you come to speak, listen, or simply witness, this powerful event creates space for healing through expression.

About The Change Theatre, Inc.

The Change Theatre, Inc. (TCTi) is a nonprofit arts organization dedicated to harnessing the power of storytelling for social transformation, public health equity, and emotional healing. Their mission is to use the performing and visual arts as tools for collective healing, cultural resilience, and public health education—amplifying underrepresented narratives and fostering spaces where truth becomes action.

Rooted in the belief that performance can catalyze both personal and collective change, TCTi creates participatory, culturally relevant experiences that center marginalized voices—particularly Black women, youth, and communities impacted by trauma, displacement, or systemic harm.

Through workshops, performances, festivals, and community engagement, The Change Theatre merges theatre arts, media, and public health to promote narrative justice, mental wellness, and creative liberation. Our programming spans topics such as grief, resilience, identity reclamation, and the intersections of race, gender, and health.
